Pro 16 PC16250, ESIF/DPTF error, feature is not implemented

New Dell Pro 16 PC16250 laptop. This error has occurred 2000+ times in the last 7 days. I have applied all relevant updates and drivers suggested by Dell Support.

This keeps causing my system to crahs when trying to come put of a sleep state:

@jjb1400​ Have you had any luck with a fix? We have dedicated over two weeks of IT resources to figure something out. Dell is useless, they replaced parts, forgot they replaced them, and essentially just keep pushing solutions that we have tested over and over.

We found that the gpu (Blackwell2000) is not properly communicating with the PCIe. I believe this is the root cause. Our most recent change was disabling "Adaptive C-States for Discrete Graphics" in the BIOS under "Performance". We then tested CAD software and finally saw some NVIDIA GPU activity. I believe this is a huge Dell QA issue, but getting them to admit that and help solve the issue is easier said than done.
