Pro 16 PC16250, Dell Command Advanced Driver Restore not working
Hello,
When using Dell Command Update 5.5 we can't use the 'Advanced Driver Restore' functionality.
Logging says: "Advanced Driver Restore: System not supported"
Any idea why this is not working. There is a driver package available: https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000301188/dell-pro-laptops-pc16250-windows-11-driver-pack

I’m seeing the same message on my Dell Pro 16 as well. The driver pack is available, but Advanced Driver Restore just says the system isn’t supported. Seems like this feature might not be enabled for the PC16250 model yet. Hopefully Dell updates Command Update to fix it.

The Pro 16 PC16250 Drivers & Downloads page does not show Dell Command Update 5.5? It shows Dell Command Update 5.4. Where did you download 5.5?

@DELL-ChrisM2 It's available for quite a while now.
Universal: https://www.dell.com/support/home/nl-nl/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=C8JXV

@AgrippaBV
But, the Pro 16 PC16250 is not listed under "Compatible Systems" for either 5.5.0. So you should uninstall 5.5.0 and go back to the supported 5.4.0 and retest.
