Pro 16 AMD PB16255, cannot get audio coprocessor installed/updated after SCCM image

Had up to date GPU driver, so I tried that fix. It shows various audio entries, like AMD high definition audio device, lots of soundwire entries, some BT and USB entries. But no ACP. There are no hidden or unknown devices related (no unknown at all).

The result is windows seeing no audio output devices.

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling GPU drivers, have tried manually installing just ACPbus drivers.

Reinstalled chipset drivers.

I'm getting nowhere.

It turns out that there's realtek drivers at the core of the amd sound, or something like that. The current driver pack does not have the right audio drivers for OSD deployment. Switching drivers from the downloads page in place solves the issue.

@oshri.alayo There is a large dell driver pack for this device. The audio drivers in that pack do not work. You need a driver package in sccm that has realtek drivers from the consumer driver download page here: https://www.dell.com/support/product-details/en-us/product/dell-pro-pb16255-laptop/drivers

If this link works it goes directly to the realtek drivers: https://dl.dell.com/FOLDER12813730M/2/Realtek-Audio-Driver_JMGR9_WIN64_10.0.177.1_A01_01.EXE
