Pro 14 Premium PA14250, performance issues
I recently purchased a new Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250, but its performance is worse than that of my previous Dell computer. Whenever I open programs such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) or any web browser, the system becomes very slow and unresponsive. In addition, Microsoft Office applications sometimes crash while I am working. This is affecting my work significantly. I would appreciate assistance in identifying and resolving this issue.

For direct Dell Technical Support, click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share with them the private Service Tag, issues, this thread link, and all of your troubleshooting. This will in turn generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag.
I'd recommend backing up any data you may have saved. Dell Support may recommend reinstalling Windows for slow performance issues. Here is an article with some general performance troubleshooting practices:
