Pro 14 Premium PA14250, 3 display limitation
I got a new Dell Pro 14 Premium for work and while it has quite the performance bump with the Core Ultra 7 268V CPU, it has one limitation that's aggravating for a premium laptop. Connected to the Dell WD19TB dock, I can get both display port monitors and an HDMI monitor running but then it disables the laptop screen. Or if I enable the laptop screen it disables one of the monitors. Point is, I cannot get 4 total screens (Laptop, plus 3 external off the TB dock). I'm coming from a Dell XPS 15 9500 P91F which had no problem doing this, despite being 5 years old.
Is there anything I can purchase to get all of the screens to work again? I notice Anker has a USB-C to HDMI adapter online for only around $17. Would something like that work? If not, any suggestions?

it's Intel Arc iGPU that support x3 screens only :| not much you can do tbh.

using the 3100-docking station I was able to get 4 monitors working but random crashes pointing at the video driver.
