Pro 14 Plus, enable power on when lid is opened not working
I've verified that the Enable Lid Switch option is enabled. I see no setting for Power On Lid Open though. I would like this to power on when the lid opens, but right now I don't believe it works on this laptop. Anyone else encounter this?

Same problem here. The lid switch is present but there's no support to utilise Power On Lid Open.
Enable Lid Switch is present on both the Dell Pro 14 Premium PA14250 Dell Pro 14 Plus PB14250, but only the Premium has support to toggle Power On Lid Open. You can see in the BIOS options in each of the models' manuals:
