Pro 14 PC14255, slow with closed lid

I noticed with the lid closed the CPU becomes slow. With the HWINFO tool I could see, power being limited to 15 Watt.

I found a workaround in the BIOS disabling the toggle, under power, that disables the lid switch. With the switch off, CPU speed was back normal, and power now limited to 25 Watt. I'm using no docking station, but external screen connected directly to HDMI connector. In Windows I also set action on close lid to do nothing.
