Pro 14 PC14250, Touchpad vertical movement

Hi on very recent laptop batch (Dell Pro 14 PC14250), it's been noticed by the inventory guy that the touchpad were sticking when someone press the touchpad instead of doing the gesture for clicking. Is this expected? Why still have moving touchpad in 2025?
