Pro 14 PC14250, Right Ctrl key removed, request to restore it

Hello,
I’d like to provide feedback regarding the recent keyboard design change where the right Control (Ctrl) key has been replaced by the Copilot key.

The right Ctrl key is important for many workflows, including productivity applications, accessibility shortcuts, development tools, gaming, and text editing. Replacing it with a Copilot shortcut removes a long‑standing, frequently used modifier key and negatively affects usability for power users.

I respectfully recommend restoring the right Ctrl key in future models or making the Copilot key optional/remappable through firmware or BIOS settings. This would preserve the functionality users rely on while still supporting Copilot for those who choose to use it.

Thank you for considering this feedback.

Best regards,
Greg Marker

Meanwhile, it can be done with the free Microoft PowerToys for Windows 11.
