Pro 13 Premium PA13250, how to stop automatic BIOS update?
We are experience an issue with our Dell Pro 13 Premium PA13250 laptop where it automatically enters the BIOS update screen during startup and laptop is unable to start after it.
The screen displays the following messages:
1.BIOS Update blocked due to unsupported downgrade”
2.Retrieving Corrupted Firmware”
2.Retrieving Corrupted Firmware”
Please note that we did not initiate any BIOS update or downgrade, nor were any BIOS settings modified. The system was functioning normally prior to this incident. This unexpected automatic BIOS update behavior is caused operational disruption.
We request your assistance with the following: Safe and permanent steps to stop automatic BIOS updates on this system.

You can Disable UEFI Capsule Firmware Updates in BIOS. That will block BIOS updates by Windows.

@Chino de Oro Thanks for the quick response . As we checked we didn't find the option in BIOS for disabling bios firmware updates.

The UEFI Capsule Firmware Updates should be the first option in that menu. From the first screen you posted, scroll up to see if you will find that menu option.
The BIOS menu info was referenced from BIOS settings of PA13250.
