Pro 13 Plus PB13250, not detecting monitors using D6000 dock

Hi,

In display settings in win 11, it says it can't detect any external monitors.

Trying to connect 2 x 2560x1440 27" monitors via displayport.

Tried with different monitors with same result.

D6000 dock upgraded with latest SW.

D6000 working fine with other laptops using the same monitors.

If I connect a single HDMI it can detect and use a monitor but the picture only flashing between black and a picture.

Is Pro 13 Plus PB13250 not compatible with D6000 dock?

It does indeed.  If future plans include higher resolution monitors, a Thunderbolt dock (T suffix) is future-proofing.

This really isn't the ideal dock for what you are trying to do.  It uses displaylink, which requires a software driver to function.  Have you installed that software on the system?

You'd really be better off with a native Thunderbolt dock for this system, but with the driver it should work.

Thanks.

Will then any kind of WD19, 22 or 25 work with no exceptions for my setup?

Looks like it in DELL DOCKS COMPATIBILITY GUIDE.

@lewa27

The 2017 D6000 is not listed in the 2025 Dell Docks Compatibility Guide.
