Pro 13 PB13250, fan noise
Fan runs at 3000 rpm continuously and make annoying noise. Even in "Quiet mode". After changing it as well as the motherboard, Dell support says it is "by design".

i have the same issue with my device and got the same answer from Dell ProSupport. It is unbelievable how bad the PB13250 (and as far as I know all the Dell Pro line devices) are regarding fan noise.

I have several of these laptops at my office and they all have the same annoying fan noise. "by design" is there code for cheap engineering and design lol. They tried to cut costs. SMH
