Latitude 5550 will only OS reset to Chinese Windows
We have a few 5550's in our fleet that were purchased online. I have one I need to factory reset and the only option onboard OS recovery gives is Windows 11 China. I have tried a Win 11 and Windows 10 installer that i have. the Win 11 fails and the Win 10 installer looks like it worked, but then the device goes into a boot loop. I downloaded Dell's OS recovery tool and created a bootable USB, but that does not work either. The warranty ran out 6/29. Any help here?

Hi
Daft idea/thought...
Not all regions have the full TPM implemented, and this could account for your problem.
I believe that you can install via Rufus, and find a setting/option to perhaps 'force' an install of W11 onto non-compliant hardware (I did a 2015 HP for example).

Maybe something in here will help "Dell Command | Deploy WinPE Driver Pack"
