how do I schedule service

Does anyone know how to actually schedule service? I have basic service for a laptop that no longer clear POST. I went through basic support, they were unable to assist, suggested I buy "Single Incident Support for Advanced Software Support".

I have done so, but there is no way to actually schedule the service call. I've called many different phone numbers and everyone seems befuddled by this. I'm currently on the phone with someone who gave me the number to...them. This is maddening.

Contact Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support Monday through Friday. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Service Tag with them so that they can verify the ownership and warranty status. This will also generate a unique Technical Support case for your unique Service Tag. 

Should a system not complete post, then that should be covered under the basic warranty scope of support. An additional software troubleshooting cost should not have been needed? When going through the Get Help Now bot, it will attempt to troubleshoot, but you may request for an agent. They will need to confirm troubleshooting with you though to ensure the correct parts for repair are selected and then a repair can be initiated.
