Urgent Help Needed: Error 2000-0415 – Hard Drive Not Detected
Hello Dell Support / Community,
I’m experiencing an issue with my PC where it displays the message “Hard Drive Not Found”, even though the hard drive is properly connected. I also received the error code 2000-0415, which suggests checking the drive cables.
I’ve verified the physical connections, but the issue persists. Could someone please guide me on how to resolve this?
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards,

If the connections look fine (You could try another SATA cable) and you tried pulling the CMOS battery, then in all likelihood the drive has failed. If you have an HDD rather than an SSD then that is not a rare situation. The next step would be to replace the drive with an SSD and clean install Windows.
