Tower Plus EBT2250, not recognizing second monitor occasionally
I have an HDMI to a USB-C adapter and I've plug my second monitor into the Thunderbolt 4 port and it works most of the time, but occasionally (25% of the time?) the computer wakes from a sleep mode and I get an error message "Input Not Supported."
If I unplug it for 2 seconds and plug it back in, it recognizes it immediately and works fine until it wakes from another random sleep mode in the future.
Any suggestions? Any setting that might fix this? Some other (hopefully not too expensive) fix?
It's a pain to climb under my desk to unplug it. Maybe I'll have to get a USB-C extension cord so that I can unplug/re-plug it more easily. I wish this had 2 HDMI ports like my old computer.

Go to Control Panel, scroll all the way to the bottom when you can see USB devices. Just click on it look for a tab at the end. Power management. Click on power management, Uncheck the box. Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power.
Go and check every single USB device until you turn all of them off. (Not all USB components will have this option)
Hit the Windows key on the keyboard. That will bring up search. Type Power Options. Look for “USB settings”. Click on it, selective Suspend setting. And change it to disable. Hit apply, hit OK.
