Tower Plus EBT2250, Corsair wired mouse not working in BIOS

Hello,

Just received that machine today. I'm unable to navigate inside the BIOS. The Corsair wired mouse is not detected. And with the keyboard I can only navigate between sections (left column) but I can't enter inside a section to change it's settings.

Are you using a wired USB mouse?

@Chino de Oro strangely I just discovered that it works with a wireless (Logitech) mouse !
I really don't understand why my Corsair wired mouse is not supported!

I see that the OP was edited with system model and mouse model for better information.  Since BIOS settings are seldomly accessed, just take note and swap out the Corsair mouse for Logitech mouse when you need to access BIOS.

@Chino de Oro I understand that it is the only solution regarding mouse navigation.
Anyway, my question had two parts, the other is about keyboard which don't allow apparently to navigate in all parts of the GUI. That need to be fixed, I think.

Avoid gaming keyboard and gaming mouse.  Any standard, basic mouse and keyboard should work with BIOS screen.  For wireless, do not use bluetooth.

Using a USB keyboard, I could navigate BIOS settings with arrow key, tab key, and ENTER key.

I just plugged in my original Dell wired USB keyboard but I'm unfortunately having the same issue using it.

Inside the BIOS I'm able to navigate in the sections in the left panel using up and down arrow keys.

"Enter" key highlights the current section but I haven't been able to find how to give focus using the keyboard to the right panel to make changes.

Do you think it's worth opening a support ticket?

It's up to you.  I do not have that new system to test with.

Did you also try right arrow key?  TAB key?  ALT + TAB key?

I'll wait for someone with the same model to clarify if it's specific to mine or not.

Right arrow and tab keys have the same effect that down arrow.

Alt+tab has no effect at all.
