Tower Plus EBT2250, black screen, cable not connected
I'm getting a Black Screen on a NEW Dell Tower Plus EBT2250 with a factory-installed NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 graphics card. PC & monitor have power. Monitor says "Cable not connected." I tried the HDMI connection on the graphics card, as well as the upper HDMI connection. No luck. Is it possible that the Dell factory installed it wrong? Please help!

@ispalten : Yes, I bought this PC off of the Dell website in September, so the 'default' graphics card was the RTX3050 at that time. Anyways, the problem has been identified. It was a faulty HDMI cable. I am still updating drivers & other software. Thanks for your help!

I moved this to the proper forum for that model.
We have the EBT2250, and with the Default RTX4060 card.
We purchased the model in March, but at that time all optional choices for video was higher level cards?
I have to ask, did you buy this from Dell or via another place, like Ebay?
In either case, I'd open the case and check all cable to see if they are properly connected, including card to monitor).
No problem found (I assume you are using the Intel HD adapter and it works fine), I'd get the latest driver from Nvidia site and install that and test.
