Tower ECT1250, replace internal power supply

Hi all, I just purchased ECT1250 (i5-180W). I need to replace with other psu, but have no idea which one can be compatible and safe. I did find some helpful comments on this community. But can someone help me the list of alternative power supply? what kind of power are you guys using? Does it run smoothly ? Thanks alll
