I believe those were legacy Dell monitor with vga dvi port only so it would only work with ECT1250 configuration having a discrete old model video card that has dvi. Modern video port are mostly DP. Of course you could try a DP to dvi adapter cable but no guarantee it would 100% work.

It might with an adapter cable.
But just so you know ... old monitors eventually die (yes, even Dell ones). Plus, by today's standards ... that old monitor is small, resolution is low, and panel is only TN-tech.
I suggest you go ahead and treat yourself to a new monitor as well ... at least 24in (1080p) or 27in (1440p) or higher.
