Slim ECS1250, connect speaker, no jackplug
My ECS1250 Slim Desktop doesn't have an audio out jackplug socket. Can I connect speakers to a USB port or do I need to buy wireless speakers?

You can buy USB speakers/headphones, but you can also add a USB external audio adapter.

Thanks. Since asking I was told that I can connect the speakers to any usb socket. I did this with a jackplug to usb connector. It works on my old Dell and I assume it will on my new one. Can't test it until I have a monitor.
