Dell Pro Max Tower T2 FCT2250 Arrived Video Card Clip Broken

After a lengthy pro support process I finally received a system exchange for the Dell Pro Max Tower T2 FCT2250 and unfortunately it arrived with a broken blue clip for video card PCI.  The card is large, a Nvidia RTX 5070.  Now, Dell support rep is trying to blame me for the damage, even though I supplied photos of a damaged shipping box and the interior showing I did not damage the motherboard at all. Also, the computer works fine.  The clip might have been broken during manufacturing, or more probably during shipping by rough handling or dropping.

Is there a manager that can look into this mess?  The support rep is stonewalling with the ridiculous claim that me installing an extra SSD drive caused this.  Thi is nonsense.... I had nothing to do with any breakage.  I reported the issue as soon as I discovered it just one day after receiving the exchange system.  I have mulitiple photos documenting the damage and multiple hardware tests by Support Asssit showing the system working fine.

If a senior manager over Dell Resolution Support can reach out to me I'd appreciate it.  I now have 2 Dell systems in my office that are defective and need returned.
