Warranty report in a Special Configuration
Hello Community,
Our factory is in a specific configuration and i wanted to know if there is any way to obtain our warranty report in OpenManage Essentials despite our restrictions.
In our config, OpenManage runs in a VM server with absolutely no internet connection.
I wish to know if there is a solution, eventually with a repository or trap server, to obtain our warranty infos.
(more details : we use OME 2.0.0.1926 because of our veroy old VM and have about 500 servers online).
If there are any solutions, is there some specific ports/redirection/proxy/config we have to push through our Firewalls ?

Hi, thanks for the query.
Internet connection, direct or through proxy, is essential for OME to pull warranty data. Unfortunately, getting data through a hop-on device in-between is not available today.
