Upgrade packages download - Package(s) unavailable
Hello,
I am using OME to upgrade my servers, I find the OME can't download the package , it shows 'Package(s) unavailable' , but the package can be download through browser on the OME server.
does anyone know why this occur?

Hi Steven,
Thanks for the update!
So, are referring to online catalog source (i.e. FTP)? If yes, make sure you have tried configuring proxy settings located under the Preferences tab and by using the Test connection button in he same page will confirm the connectivity.
Keep us posted, if that works.
Thanks

Thanks Rob for your reply.
My OME version is 2.0.0.1926, the server is 2008 R2.
I use the default installation path : C:\Program Files\Dell\SysMgt\Essentials\SystemUpdate\Packages
and the account I login to the server has the full administrator permission. the reference article can't solve my problem. any other idea?

HI there,
Can you tell me what version of OME is listed in the About Box.
Also, there is this thread I found. Not sure if it is related:
Thanks,
Rob

Also, can you check under the path, C:\Program Files\Dell\SysMgt\Essentials\SystemUpdate\Packages, if the packages are downloaded or not?
