Hi,
In System update-> Non Compliant tab, there is a "Refresh" button. Check whether using this button solves the problem.
This issue can occur if agent is not providing correct details. To comment on this further we need to know the following.
1. Are you using in-band (or) out of band for update ?
2. If in-band what is the version of OMSA installed on the target (physical servers) ?
3. Check whether systems are listed under "issues and resolutions"
To check which protocol has been used for discovery, you can edit/view the protocol selection & other details under Discovery portal ->Discovery ranges section.
Let us know if this helps.
Thanks,
Arun

Also sometimes after running a new inventory you will need to log out of OME then log back in for your account in OME to recognize the new data just collected by the inventory run.
This is a bug :)

Hi Cameron,
Hopefully you will not see this happening in upcoming version of OME :emotion-1:
