On my Open Manage Essentials software, I have 13 servers and on one of the servers I get a red x and there is no indication what the error message is about..
If you have discovered the server with OMSA using SNMP, you will be able to launch the OMSA console from OME and that should point you to why the health state of the server is shown critical. The same thing can be done for an iDRAC. OME will allow you to launch the iDRAC console and that should point you to the correct reason of why the health state is critical.
