Question about Unknown Status Alert.
Hello, we have M620, OME 1.3.1 environment.
Question.
1) What mean this Alert?
2) how to prevent this Alert? I already applied polling speed changed slowly
3) Can we ignore this Alert?

Hi Lee,
If the health state of the device changes to unknown during status poll then OME automatically generates this alert to tell that the health of the device has changed.
If you don't want to see these alerts, you can disable this option from Alert settings under Preferences. Uncheck Enable internal Health alerts and you will not see these alerts.
