Open Manage Essentials
Hi,
I've been looking everywhere and can't seem to find an exact answer.
Does OME need it's own server?
We have 5 servers and last time I talked to a Dell support person (about a year ago) they said it needs a dedicated server to install!
So is it ok to install on a 2008R2 domain controller we have that has plenty of RAM?
Thanks!

Hi there,
I'm certainly no expert in this area BUT I've just been reading through the OME deployment guide and it does have a section in there for installing on a domain controller. I assume this means that it is supported albeit probably not recommended...
