Hi, thanks for the query.

Anything evident from UI logs (navigate to Logs -> UI Logs) when you try to open a report? An export of listed exceptions would help in analyzing further,

Thanks for the update!

Logs suggest that everything went well while fetching data for the report. I would ask you few more questions:

1. Which section / group of reports is having this issue? (E.g. Server Inventory, Warranty & License, etc.)

2. Are you using any filter which is present on top of every report?

3. Does inventory data show up fine when you click a device in the device tree? (E.g. Processor information table on device page feeds data to Processor information report.)

Thanks for the update!

You need to navigate to Manage -> Devices. Then select a particular server and observe what all details are displayed on the right side. If the server is properly inventoried, it will show tables for hard drive, FRU, iDRAC, virtual disks, and such (which ever applicable).

Thanks for replying.

1.All reports are showing no information, server overview (just shows Service tag), FRU info, Hard Drive info, Server configuration, iDRAC configuration, Warranty & Licence info do not even show there is a server present.

2. Filter is = ALL Devices

3. If I go to Manage, Discovery and Inventory, go into Inventoried machines I see Device summary fine.

Is this what you mean by device tree?

If not, where is this, sorry still finding my feet with this product.

Does that look OK?

Thanks for the update!

I can see that you are trying to discover the servers through their iDRACs (out-of-band). The preferred protocol in this case is WSMAN. Please make sure that you have selected WSMAN while configuring the discovery range and have provided proper credentials.

Hope this helps!

Hi Mark,

Can you confirm if you have used SNMP for discovery of a RAC? The SNMP discovery of RAC does not populate processor information. It gives you the minimal data so you will not be seeing the reports populated.

Also, can you help me with what model of server is it?

Nope, WS-MAN for discovery.

Model of server is PowerEdge R410

Hi,

Yes I am using WS-MAN.

Still no joy, I have deleted and re-added too.

UPDATE -

Since either updating the idrac6, Dell OS Drivers Pack, Dell 32 Bit Diagnostics, Life cycle Controller it has started to show me most things apart from Operating System version, FRU info,  Warranty & Licence info.

Do you know what may have got this half working? Also How can I populate the missing info detailed above?

Thanks!
