omreport doesn't show all informations

i have 2 debian linux servers with Dell openmanage 8.3. hardware is PowerEdge R410.

i used this repo:

deb linux.dell.com/.../ubuntu jessie openmanage

and installed paket "srvadmin-all"

however one server is not showing all information

when i do "omreport chassis" on server1 i get:

BUT on server2 i only get this information:

so i.e. when i try "omreport chassis Fans" i get :

do you have any ideas whats wrong with server2 ? is there maybe a paket missing that is not included in srvadmin-all ?
