OME warranty information not being updated

We recently renewed our warranty on some servers but Dell OME is still reporting them as expired.

Is there something broken or a forced update required?


I've verified that the servers warranty have been extended by going on-line to the Dell support site.

Dell OME v 2.0.1.2222

Hi Bob,

Did you try using the refresh button on the top right corner? That is the force update to fetch new warranty information, let us know if that helps.

Yes, I've refreshed and restarted the services and still the blue ribbon indicates that we still have server that are out of warranty.

Hi Bob,

Can you check if the new warranty entries are showing up in the reports for the servers for which you extended the warranty?

If the entries are present do those have same values in description and type columns as previous warranties?
