OME warranty info out of sync with support site
Good morning, I was running a report of servers that are supposed to have 90 days or less left on their current warranty. After running the report from OME I decided to check the dell support site and the information contained there was different than what was in OME on every server. Just wondering if I have something that needs to be reconfigured or if I am missing something when pulling my Report.

Thanks for your post!
Here are couple of things which you can try and let us know if that helps:
1. Try doing refresh using the refresh button provided in top right corner under Reports > Warranty Information? Does refresh brings any changes in report?
2. By using Troubleshooting Tool from desktop can you confirm the information displayed by the tool, use below steps to perform the test:
a. Launch "Troubleshooting Tool" from desktop.
b. Select "Miscellaneous" tab.
c. Select Warranty Status.
d. Enter Proxy server info and Service Tag of the system (w/ warranty info not being reported correct)
e. Click "Run Test".
Assuming your OME installed system is connected to internet and you are able to open www.dell.com website.

Where is the Troubleshooting tool that you are referring to?? The refresh did not work.

HI there,
The tool is installed along with OME on the OME server and should be a desktop icon.

What was your solution please? i am having the same trouble. Troublsooting tools gives the correct values, Dell site give the correct values but OME does not refreshes it's information.
Plz share your solution.
