OME v2.0.0.1926 to v2.1
Hi,
We are planning to do the upgrade mentioned in the subject and I just had a couple of questions about the process.
Will the software need to be reconfigured after the update or will the settings be pulled across?
Is there a way of backing up the current config if needed?

Hi,
You can take a backup of the db before performing upgrade. OME allows you to do that as well. This will help back up the current config. When you perform upgrade, most settings except proxy credentials and catalog are retained, so you will need to re-enter the proxy credentials and you will have to download the catalog which you need for system update again once the upgrade is successful.
