OME update 2.0 to 2.1 hangs on loading prerequisite information
I'm trying to upgrade our OME 2.0 to 2.1
When I start the update it hangs on 'Loading prerequisite information. Please wait.'
Reboot doesn't solve the issue, I have waited 24 hours and still stuck on this screen.
When I start Essentials.msi it gives the error :
One or more mandatory prerequisites for Essentials are pending. Installation cannot continue. Run the Pre-Requisite Checker for details.
prereqreport.log contains only the following info :
12:48:38:
12:48:38:
12:48:38: VBSTEST.VBS: Main - Entry *********************************
12:48:38: VBSTEST.VBS: Main - Parameters:
12:48:38: VBSTEST.VBS: Main - Return Code:0
12:48:38: VBSTEST.VBS: Main - Exit *********************************
Server is running Windows 2012R2
Any hints ?
Stephan

Hi Stephan,
Thanks for the query.
Please help us with the screen shot of setup prerequisite window. In the meantime, try running "NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU" present in OME support folder. Once it completes installing, launch setup and see if it proceeds without getting stuck.
Please update us with results.

Shivendra,
NDP452-KB2901907-x86-x64-AllOS-ENU was already installed.

Thanks for the snapshot, Stephan.
What happens when you click the "Install All Critical Prerequisites" button on this view?

Shivendra,
This worked, I didn't notice the button.
The upgrade succeeded.
