OME shows the wrong name for a server

Hi,

For some reason, OME is showing the wrong name for one of our servers.  Problem is, it's showing a valid name of a different server.  We have OME setup to scan for a specific SNMP string and OMSA.  Both servers have them setup correctly.

I got an alert todya about a bad PSU for Server2.  When I checked Server2 everything was fine.  I went into our server room to look for orange lights and found one on Server3.  When I checked that server's OMSA it showed a bad PSU.

When I looked in OME, the name Server2 had the Service Tag of Server3  Server3 didn't show up at all for some reason.

I checked Server3's system and iDrac to see if it was mislabeled somewhere but didn't find anything.  I then deleted that server out of OME and had it do another scan and it came back again with the wrong information.

I checked DNS for Server3 and it's labeled correctly.  I checked DNS for the iDrac of Server3 and it's not there (which is correct).

Where else could OME be getting the name from that it could be pulling the wrong name?
