OME Fails to install - undefined exception?

Tried posting this yesterday, but it didn't work.

I've been trying to install OME on one of my test machines. It seems to install the prerequisites okay, but then tells me the installation of OME itself fails.

The InstallUtil log only gives this error:

What does this mean?
