OME - Discovery Ranges - Not Deleting
Good Day,
I am totally frustrated with OME 2.1 first time I have used it. I have setup Discovery Ranges but cant delete it.
This is clearly an issue with OME, why is this bug not fixed...... Can someone help me remove it.
Thanks
Tobias

Hi Tobias,
Couple of questions:
Can you try restarting the DSM Essentials DAService and then retry to delete the discovery range? Let us know if this helps.

Thanks for the quick feedback.
If the service does not stop, try killing the service process from Task Manager. Once process is killed, go to services and start the DAService again.
Can you give it a last try?
Thanks,
Vijay

Already tried that.
The service fails to stop, so had to restart the server and then still cannot delete. Going to try all again one more time...

Hi GeneSysComputing,
Thanks for the post. The issue is noted and passed to the concerned team.
For your system, can you try restarting the "DSM Essentials DAService" service as suggested by Pupul and whether that solves your problem.
Thanks,
Vijay
