OME (2.1.0.2635) not reflecting job status correctly
Hi,
I'm just wondering if a fix could be implemented so that OME reflects the actual status of a running job.
It is rather a time waster to have to watch via the console whether a job is running or not because the %Completed in OME sits on 0% when in fact the whole job has progressed a lot further. Pls see screen shot which shows the Drac job as being on Part 4 of 6 updates, yet OME still showing 0% Completed.
Thx,
John Bradshaw

This is one of the reasons I still use .BIN files from the OS for upgrades and visually watch the LC on reboots as at least there I can see exactly what is happening.
Most of our updates occur in very tight time constrained maintenance windows and with OME it's just not able to give me live data on progress (or failure) and lots of time is wasted waiting for OME to update status of an update if there is an issue.

Hi,
Thanks for the post. Currently, there is no way we can fetch this information directly from iDRAC/LC. We will pass this request along and see what can be done about it. Do keep these requests coming.
