New to OME/OMSA - what does this error imply?
TotalStatus Unable to resume system update, or retrieve progress. No system update is in progress.
TotalStatusMessage It is possible that no update status is reported when parallel software update is attempted for the same server.

Inventory will be triggered approximately after 20 minutes and expected to complete in 3-4 minutes.
I recently installed srvadmin-all-9.3.0. System is running Centos 7.6.
Attempted an update via OME. The updates were properly downloaded to the OME box. But apparently nothing succeeded after that.
No Events found!

Hello
I suggest that you start by reviewing the documentation on the OpenManage Essentials support page. There is a support matrix that lists supported agent versions. There is also a section in the user's guide that lists the ports needed for OME to function properly.
