License Manager - Failed to connect to Dell Online

Hi All,

Whenever I try to connect to Dell on-line via Menu->Actions->Connect to Dell Online it always fails

After generating my OTP and entering it, I see the below

There is no need for a proxy and the tick box isn't ticked to use a proxy.


I have this issue on W10 and Server 2019, both version 1.5 and 1.6 do it. I've tried on different devices (domain and non-domain connected just in case it's a GPO setting) with the same result.

There is nothing in the "Dell Licence Manager" Event viewer category.


Can anyone confirm this actually works?

To tell you, I installed 1.7.0.7 and the same issue is happening.

Even if I tried it on a system where I could use Proxy settings, the same error popped up

I don't see how this information is working. the first link is to the documentation how to do it. Which the person described clearly he did.
the second is just not a solution, but only the online platform
