iDRAC Update using NFS failed
Hi
I have a couple of Dell PowerEdge R740/R640/XR2 servers under iDRAC9 Enterprise without any access to internet.
On 192.168.0.2, I have a NFS share with all updates I would like to apply. They were downloaded from a machine connected to internet using Dell Repository Manager and copied on 192.168.0.2.
When I connect to the iDRAC of any of the machines I would like to update, I can setup a manual system update (System Update / Manual Update / Network Share / Protocol = NFS / IP Address = 192.168.0.2 / Share Name = /mnt/nfs_share. iDRAC will show me all available updates and I can click on "Install". The various jobs start but all fail with the message "Unable to Download Update Package" (whatever the update is).
I have no idea what's going on. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello EajksEajks,
A couple things I can find:
If you initiate a simple update through Redfish interface while another update is in progress, you may get an error
message "RED006: Unable to download Update Package".
It doesn't look exactly like your issue, but if the DRAC does think there some jobs running you can run this racadm command to clear the jogs:
racadm jobqueue delete -i JID_CLEARALL_FORCE
Or the ports for the iDRAC to download from NFS are blocked or doesn't have permissions to actually download.
Pages 31 and 32 of the manual above contain all the port information relevant to the iDRAC
