How many places does OME store credentials?

So I seem to have my personal credentials somewhere inside of OME 2.1 as I keep getting locked out from that machine since my last password change.  We have an OME Service Account setup so I must have just been testing something and used my own ID.

Problem is, I can't find where that might be.  Can anyone list off where I go in OME to see what credentials it's using for various things?

Thanks!

Hi Kelemvor,

OME needs credentials to connect to proxy. Quite possible that you might have used your credentials there. You might want to look under Settings tab to find that out.

We don't use a Proxy Server so that section is blank.  Where else in OME could credentials be stored?

OME does uses credentials for discovery and inventory with protocols like WSMAN, WMI, IPMI and SSH. But you will not be needed to provide those credentials again after upgrade. The catalog which is present in you current OME will get changed to the one which later version of OME carries, so you will have to download the catalog in OME again.

Make sure to backup the database before you perform an upgrade to be on the safe side.

Something on my OME server is causing my ID to get locked out.  I just need to know Everywhere within OME that it stores credentials so I can go make sure my personal credentials aren't in there somewhere.

Let's see it this way,

OME uses credentials in discovery, alert SMTP settings(if you have any), proxy settings and for running periodic tasks. I am assuming none of these tasks will actually cause your ID to get locked except proxy. You may want to check the browser settings for proxy if they have the credentials stored.
