Email alert action disappears after closing and relaunching Dell OpenManage Essentials

Hi there,

Just as the subject states, I am having an issue where newly created email alert actions disappear after closing and relaunching Dell OpenManage Essentials.


My initial assumption is that it might be a database issue but I'm unsure on how to resolve this.

Thanks for the query.

Please help with following details for us to dig further.

1. What version of OME are you using?

2. Configured email alert action is cloned from an OME sample action or custom created by you?

3. What happens when you receive an alert that qualifies for the action? Email is received or not?

4. Is the issue only with email actions or with other type of actions as well?
