Deploy Template Failure
I am having an issue where the deploy template has suddenly stopped working. Any help with this issue would be appreciated. I am running OME 2.3 and has been working fine until recently. I have tried many reboots and have deleted and re-discovered devices.
Cannot get Service Tag and Node ID from device for validation.
ERROR: Could not get the device's Service Tag and Node ID for verification
File clean up failed : The system cannot find the file specified
> Template deployment failed.
A deployment job could not be created on the iDRAC.
- Template validation will be skipped

Hi, thanks for the query.
Please try resetting target server iDRAC or a complete power-off the system (cold boot) and then try deploy. It will also help if you can share output of below command that is used to gather device information during this task, do mask any sensitive information:
winrm e http://schemas.dell.com/wbem/wscim/1/cim-schema/2/root/dcim/DCIM_SystemView -u:username -p:password -r:https:// /wsman -SkipCNcheck -SkipCAcheck -encoding:utf-8 -a:basic -skiprevocationcheck

I tried the IDRAC reset and the cold boot. The deploy job immediately fails with the same error message.
