Dell Warranty Report not showing correct End date

I purchased my Dell Inspiron 5567 laptop with service tag no on 23 Sep 2017. I extended my warranty for 2 more year under Diwali offer by paying 1000 INR. So according to this my warrant should be till 23 Sep 2020 which is not shown at the portal. When I check on your online portal it is reflection that my warrant is already expired on 28 Jul 2020, which is not so. I made more than 5 calls at Dell customer care but no resolution is provided to me except transferring my calls from 1 person to other or 1 department to other. I feel cheated, so I finally thought of writing the complete matter at this platform in hope of some help from the officials. Please do the needful.
