Dell OpenManage Reports TCP Window Full
I built my own repository for an FC640 and am hosting it locally via Apache.
I set up the catalog on OME and then tied the one FC640 to this catalog. I go to do a compliance check and after a while the job silently fails leaving no error logs in either the audit or job logs.
I check Wireshark on the repository and I see that OME consistently reports a full TCP window which tells me there is some application side problem, but I don't really have any information to go on other than OME didn't like something.
Anyone happen to have any possible ideas?

Grant_Curell,
If you run it from our site, or physically hosting it locally do you still see the issue? The TCP Window Full is generally seen due to the receiving host having trouble processing incoming data fast enough from the sending. I would suggest trying it from the ftp, as well as try using it local to the server, outside of Apache, and see if the issue clears up. If so it may be how it is configured, also if you have windows installed you may look into Windows Scaling.
Hope this helps.

I have tried it both ways. It works when pointed at Dell's site, but that's not an option I have. I have to have an offline solution. HTTP or HTTPS is a requirement as my network does not permit FTP traffic.
Is there a guide somewhere for setting up an offline repository and then pointing OME at it? I haven't been able to find documentation anywhere describing the process. I've had a bear of a time getting this to work. Right now, everything "looks" like it works, but when I run against my local repository, no errors output, and it says 100% compliance. However, if I run it against Dell's online repos, it reports a number of things that are out of date. Those things that are reported as being out of date are present in my catalog both in the XML file and as files in the repositories.
Edit: I've seen posts
https://www.dell.com/community/Dell-Repository-Manager/Dell-Repository-Manager-creating-a-new-offline-share/td-p/7252126
https://www.dell.com/community/Systems-Management-General/Updating-offline/td-p/3740190
but the answers to both of those point to generic documentation that does not address building an offline repo in particular.

Hi Grant,
You might check out the User Guide, pages 26 and 27 will show a breakdown of what ports are being used and for what. In addition, page 51 has steps for setting up your firmware catalog. It may be what you're looking for.
