Dell OpenManage- HELP

I recently installed Dell OpenManage.  It takes me to the login screen, I enter my correct IP Address, Username and Password, however every time I do this a screen pops up that says "connection error".  My network connection is fine, and I even tried it on multiple networks yet the same thing happens every time.  Please help!
