Dell OME Qualys scan with unused windows account

Hello. I have Dell OME which I joined to a Domain. Few AD directories have been added as well with only 1 local account into it. 

Now we have run a Qualys scan and it is detecting an unused windows account. It didnt specify the user name just "idrac" which we didn't define. Have anyone experienced this? Where could we possibly start digging that unused windows account?
