Bad customer service RIP OFF

I went back to Dell because they moved their service support back to the US. It has been awhile since I last purchased but still an A+ customer of Dell Financial. 

Tried 2 times to get help over the phone with a purchase - that should have been my clue - they were quoting me WAY too high and were unable to listen to my request. 

I ordered on line, I received my 2 computers. I realized I need an extended warranty on my laptop (got both laptop and desktop) 

I have been told 3 times in 1 hour and 25 minutes on the chat line and now on phone - that I needed to go to another department.

I am still on hold - and he even hung up on me once. Ok - now I am being told the coverage for extended accidental is 124.53 and does not include on site. warranty which I had been told by previous that it could include this.

I want to make sure that when I purchase it - there is not a period of time where I am not covered (like a 90 day waiting period) and I am being told - it will take 1-2 business days to process and then the coverage will be immediate.

This forum is about Dell OpenManage Essentials product. I will encourage you to post this on the right dell forum and I am sure, your concern will get addressed.
