OME upgrade path from 4.4.0 (Build 75) to 4.5.0.34

Hi,  I see from the console that an update to version 4.5.0.34 available.  However when I look at the Support for Dell OpenManage Enterprise | Dell UK page it's showing an appliance for new installs and an upgrade offline download. 

Is updating directly from the version showing in the 'Console and Plugins' screen supported or do I have to download the versions for the offline upgrade from the website?  Just want to make sure I'm using a supported update path.
